I woke up to the sound of rain, so no bike ride this morning. I weighed 216. So the weight loss has gone 3, 3, 2, 1. Thats fine though. Truth be told you are supposed to only lose a pound a week, but that would take me all year, so I'm getting on it. I feel a bit light headed when I stand up sometimes now though....
Breakfast 2 eggs 1 oz oatmeal 1 cup black coffee Lunch 6 oz chicken 12 oz okra creole Dinner 6 oz seafood medley pulled out from a gumbo 6 oz salad 6 oz mixed veggies
