Woke up to 222. 3 pounds down already! That's not much though. I tend to lose and gain about 10 pounds a day depending on the time. Breakfast 2 eggs 1 oz oatmeal Coffee black Lunch 6 oz chicken 12 oz okra and tomato creole I ate a small cookie without thinking. Habit is a son of a gun. Good habits take over eventually Dinner was seasoned chicken breast 6 oz broccoli 8 oz salad 4oz 1 oz dressing I did pretty well today, felt good, made it through without going crazy or getting to hungry. For exercise I worked in the yard, cutting down trees, chopping the tree up and putting it into a pile. The logs weigh about 150-200 pounds, so its a workout. I rewarded myself with a beer and a nice cozy fire.
